Director of Research and Policy

Azeem studies political science and business cybersecurity at WVU. Beginning at a young age, Azeem’s family instilled in him an appreciation for serving others and doing his part to help make our state, country, and world a better place.

In 2023, Azeem was selected as the 26th Truman Scholar from WVU, and he also was selected as a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship. He serves as co-chair of the Mountaineer Fentanyl Education Task Force, and as an intern with the WVU Government Relations Office. Azeem has served as a legislative intern in the United States Senate and as an intern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of West Virginia.

He is also a proud six time WV AAA state high school tennis champion. In his free time, Azeem enjoys reading, watching sports, and playing tennis.
