Welcome to the Addison Strategies Group.  For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of assisting Governor Manchin, Governor Tomblin, President Gee, and a host of public and private sector clients and colleagues on projects large and small, complex and controversial.

I have been involved in helping others to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.

Whether it was the privatization of workers’ compensation, tax reform, a new regulatory structure for the development of the Marcellus shale, two gubernatorial elections, restructuring large administrative areas at West Virginia University, moving a college campus, the development of a new budget model, serving as Interim Athletic Director, or tackling hard changes necessary for the future of West Virginia’s flagship university, I have been blessed to participate in a wide array of issues and experiences. 

I have learned from many successes and failures along the way.  And I understand the critical importance of developing the right culture and team.

I thrive on helping others to identify a goal or challenge and then helping to develop a plan to succeed. 

From the infancy of an idea to distilling a vision and communication plan to final execution, I try to improve every organization I am involved with.  I aim to make organizations more focused, determined, aligned, and successful.   

The Addison Strategies Group was born out of these passions.
